2. OVERVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using tetolo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without providing any reason.

Procedure: Notify us at payment@tetolo.com to initiate your withdrawal.

Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Refund: Upon verification, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

4. COMPLAINTS & WARRANTIES

Legal Guarantee: In compliance with EU Directive 2019/771, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Reporting Defects: If a product is defective, you must report the issue to payment@tetolo.com within 30 days of discovery, including order details and photographic evidence.

Resolution: We commit to acknowledging complaints within 48 hours and providing a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) within 14 days of claim verification.

5. ACCOUNT & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use this site for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violations.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. However, slight color or size variances due to display settings are not considered quality defects. We reserve the right to adjust prices and promotions at any time.

9. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

As an international retailer, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your local customs authority. Refusal to pay these fees resulting in return/destruction will be at your own expense.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Romania.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes should first be addressed via friendly negotiation. If unresolved, you may utilize the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Jurisdiction: Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
